Loyalty points
We have many loyal customers who keep coming back to our shop. We appreciate that a lot and want to do something in return. Being a loyal customer with a customer account, you may save stars. For every purchase amount of €5,-, you save one star; every star represents €0,10 and will be automatically added to you loyalty points. The shop keeps track of it, so no extra loyalty card in your wallet. You can swap the stars into a voucher which can be spent in our webshop. The voucher is valid for one year.
Do you want to know how much you saved already? You can have a look at yours stars in your account under the head "my loyalty points". The points represent a value as long as Asterra sells these beautiful products.
* On reduced articles, no stars will be paid away.
* It takes 30 days before you can swap your stars into a voucher. This is because you have the right to return articles up to 30 days. The stars that match with the returned articles, will be deducted from your star savings.
